How to Measure Myself?
Your Complete Guide to Tailored Clothing and Hats
If you have any doubts about how to take your measurements correctly, I invite you to watch the following video, where I explain the process step by step. At Lunarte Canarias, I specialize in tailoring clothing and hats to measure. For this, I have created the "How to Measure?" section so you can take your measurements and ensure the garment fits perfectly to your body. Therefore, once I receive your order, I will contact you to request the specific measurements needed for the tailoring of your garment. If you still have questions after watching the video, do not hesitate to contact me. I'll be delighted to provide all the assistance necessary to clarify any doubts.
Step-by-Step Guide on How to Measure Yourself
Step 1 (Neck Circumference)
For the neck contour, measure it at the part of the neck closest to the body, snug to the lower neck, and place a finger between the measuring tape and the neck to allow some looseness.
Step 2 (Chest Circumference)
To measure the chest contour, wrap the tape measure around the chest at its widest part and measure snugly.
Step 3 (Waist Circumference)
For the waist contour, it is ideal to place a tape around the waist and measure, as shown in the image, snugly.
Step 4 (Hip Circumference)
The hip circumference is measured at the widest part of the hips, also snugly.
Step 5 (Front Waist Length)
For the front torso length, place the tape where the neck meets the shoulder, pass it over the chest, and measure down to the waist.
Step 6 (Back Waist Length)
For the back torso length, measure from the bone just below the neck down to the waist.
Step 7 (Back Width)
Step 8 (Sleeve Length)
Step 9 (Total Length)
Step 10 (Hat Measurement)
Haven't I resolved your doubts in the "How to Measure" section?
