Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping costs depend on the delivery area. Once you enter the shipping address, the corresponding price will be displayed.

Shipping prices are as follows:

  • Gran Canaria: 5€
  • Rest of islands: 8€

If you're in Gran Canaria, you can choose local pickup and swing by my workshop to collect your order. In that case, I'll get in touch with you to provide the address. For orders within the island of Gran Canaria shipping will be free for orders over €70 (excluding shipping costs).

I ship orders with Nacex. Once your order is dispatched, I’ll provide you with a tracking code so you can monitor your shipment.

If you need an urgent delivery, please contact me via email at info@lunartecanarias.es before making your purchase, and I’ll look for an alternative solution. Please note that this will involve an additional cost for express shipping.

I currently don’t offer international shipping through my online store. However, you can reach out to me via email at info@lunartecanarias.es and I’ll provide you with a shipping quote. 

Each garment is custom-made, and the production time depends on its complexity and size. Typically, it takes between 10 to 15 days. However, once the order is placed, I’ll contact you via email to let you know the exact timeline.

These timelines are for the production of the garment and do not include the shipping time once it’s completed.

Yes, all garments are custom-made. Once your order is placed, I’ll contact you via email to request the necessary measurements based on the selected garment.

At Lunarte Canarias, all garments are custom-made, so exchanges or returns are not possible, as each piece is crafted based on the measurements provided by the customer.

However, products that are not custom-made (such as wallets, bags, etc.) can be returned within 5 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed once the product is received at my workshop.

Once you’ve placed an order, you have 48 hours to cancel it at no additional cost. Simply write to me at info@lunartecanarias.es providing me with the order reference, and I’ll issue a full refund.

After 48 hours, if you cancel the order, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
